As we prepare our hearts and minds, we are delighted to share that our 2026 Holy Convocation and Mid-Year Conference will be held April 22–25, 2026, at Bethel AME Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

 

We extend our sincere gratitude to Rev. and Mrs. T. W. Scott and the entire Bethel family for graciously opening their doors and spirits to host us. Their hospitality sets the stage for what we believe will be a transformative and joy-filled gathering.

 

We come with great expectation — anticipating a powerful move of God through inspired teaching, anointed preaching, and the rich fellowship that strengthens our connection as a district. May this time together renew our commitment, refresh our spirits, and remind us of the work God continues to do in and through us.

Room Rate:

 

$124.00 + tax per night for Standard Kings and Doubles (double occupancy)

 

$10.00 for each additional adult after the second

 

A $50.00 incidental hold will be placed on your card at check‑in. This amount will be released if no incidentals (such as room service) are charged.

The discounted rate is available until March 31, 2026.

 

Reservations made after this date are welcome; however, the discounted rate cannot be guaranteed and room availability may be limited. After March 31, 2026, rates may increase up to $179.00 per night.
